1. Scope

These Terms apply to customers and tenants using products, services and platforms provided by PT Clover Tech Digital.

2. Subscription Requests

Submitting a subscription request does not automatically activate a service or create a payment obligation. Clover reviews the request before activation.

3. Service and Pricing

Applicable product scope and pricing are stated on the relevant product page, pricing page, service agreement or invoice.

4. Billing

Invoices identify the tenant, billing period, amount due and payment information.

5. Payment

Payment methods are presented only for eligible invoices. Where enabled, online payment may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider.

6. Acceptable Use

Clover services must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, network abuse or activity that materially interferes with systems or other users.

7. Suspension and Termination

Service may be limited or terminated according to the applicable service agreement, unpaid billing obligations, security requirements or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Clover software, branding, platform design and related materials remain the property of PT Clover Tech Digital or their respective rights holders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
