How Clover handles information used to provide its services.
1. Information We Process
Depending on the service, Clover may process business identity, PIC/contact details, subscription requests, tenant account data, service usage, invoice information and payment status.
2. Purpose
- Subscription review and tenant onboarding.
- Service administration and support.
- Billing and payment reconciliation.
- Security and service integrity.
- Compliance with applicable obligations.
3. Subscription Requests
Information submitted through the subscription form is stored for business review, onboarding and service-administration purposes.
4. Payment Providers
Where online payment is enabled, payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider. Payment credentials processed directly by that provider are handled through the provider's systems.
5. Information Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate services, process payments, provide infrastructure or meet applicable requirements.
6. Security and Retention
Clover applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information is retained for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, support, billing, security and record keeping.
