Payment Terms.

1. Billing Party

Tenant subscription charges are billed by PT Clover Tech Digital. The commercial relationship is Tenant → Clover.

2. Clover Radius PAYG

• 1–500 active subscribers: Rp500 per active subscriber per month.
• 501–2.000 active subscribers: Rp400 per active subscriber per month.
• 2.001+ active subscribers: Rp300 per active subscriber per month.
• Minimum monthly billing: Rp100.000.

The issued invoice shows the applicable billing calculation for the relevant billing period.

3. Invoice

Invoices identify the tenant, service period, amount payable and payment information. Customers should review the invoice before payment.

4. Online Payment

Once Clover's payment-gateway merchant activation is completed, eligible invoices may offer online payment through Xendit. Available payment methods may vary.

5. Payment Confirmation

An online transaction is considered completed after successful payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.

6. Taxes and Charges

Any applicable taxes or other charges, if any, will be shown on the relevant invoice or payment information before payment.

7. Unpaid Invoice

An unpaid invoice remains outstanding until payment is confirmed or otherwise resolved according to the applicable service agreement.
